OBSERVED RESULT
KCM "Power Management" doesn't have settings related to time of day.
EXPECTED RESULT
I would like to let laptop Sleep (when using battery) after a certain amount of
inactivity unless it's 9 am .. 5 pm on Mon-Fri.
