SUMMARY
FR: Disable media controls / keys when in lock screen.

Not having the option to hide the mediaplayer-reported track name and to
disallow media controls by a bystander poses security and privacy risks.
Consider these scenarios:
 1. A file with sensitive/confidential information is open in a media player.
Playback is paused, but can be resumed by an unauthorized person. It is a
security and privacy issue because both may be affected depending on the
content of the audio, examples: passwords, medical information, PII/SPII.
 2. A track name may hint at content that is illegal in some areas of the
world. A user is therefore exposed to risk of legal action or criminal activity
masquerading as legal action.
