SUMMARY
"Show Menubar with All Actions" is ticked, however menubar is hidden.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin
2. Press Ctrl+M to show menubar
3. Close Dolphin
4. Launch Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
The menubar is hidden. "Show Menubar with All Actions" is ticked (see
screenshot) despite menubar being hidden.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Menubar display state should be remember across app restarts.
2. The checkbox for "Show Menubar with All Actions" should be in sync with the
current menubar display state.
