--- Comment #1 from linuxboy <[email protected]> --- CLARIFICATIONS: The popup menu appears correctly if, with the computer just starting up, I drag a folder or file to the desktop from the same hard drive as my home directory (and therefore the Desktop directory). If I try to drag a folder or file to the desktop from another hard drive, the popup does NOT appear. And from that point on, it no longer appears even if I drag a file or folder from the hard drive as my home directory.
