Reproduction of the bug
SUMMARY
Since around Plasma 6.4 I've noticed this issue. Today I've updated Arch
packages to Plasma 6.4.4 and noticed that this bug still exists. I have a
second user and the same happens there. Did a reinstall 2 weeks ago, so the
system is new. There are no logs, no errors in journalctl when I try to move
something to the desktop. Also, I can move something from Telegram to Dolphin,
but I cannot move anything from Telegram to Desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Move any file to Desktop

File is not on the Desktop
