STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. From https://kmymoney.org/snapshots.php download a snapshot for 64 bit
"KMyMoney 5.2 (stable snapshot) (Aqbanking6, Qt5.15, KF5.103)"
2. unpack the archive
3. enter unpackaged directory and click on start.bat
4. Select Settings->"Configure KMyMoney"
OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog is freezing
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should not freeze
