SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings and open Task Switcher panel.
2. Select "Compact"
3. Press "Preview" button to see how it will look like.
OBSERVED RESULT
Preview renders task list with black font color.
EXPECTED RESULT
White font color should be used in preview, as it is used in "real" task
switcher.

macOS:

Same issue is with other types of Task Switcher, not only compact.
