Picture of the bottom right of the screen.

The notification popup seems to get misaligned when the location setting is set
to "Near notification icon".
The popup shouldn't be able to go outside the screen, maybe some sort of check
here could help.

SUMMARY:
The notification popup seems to be misaligned when location is set to "Near
notification icon".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Set notification popups location to "Near notification icon" in system
settings.
2. Leave space at the bottom to create a panel like in the attachment.
3. Create a new panel at the bottom, align it to the right, set Width to Fit
Content.
4. Place System Tray inside the newly created panel.
5. Make any sort of notification popup appear, for example copying a folder
that needs authentication to continue.

OBSERVED RESULT:

Misaligned notification goes outside of screen border.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Popup aligned to the right side of the panel.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS:
Distribution: Fedora Linux 42 KDE Plasma
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I've also tried setting it to custom in system settings and selecting the
bottom-right corner which fixes it, but it looks off since the popup isn't
aligned with the panel.
