In the task manager on panel now have 3 entries these software open windows. Just move cursor across firefox - dolphin - discover task manager window entries. Notice how the thumbnail popup is so fast and the real image of the window inside thumbnail takes few hundred milliseconds to show. The overall animation of previous thumbnail OFF and new thumbnail ON seems too fast.
