This - the fact that the Neon updater does not even *attempt* to (re)run dpkg
--configure -a before complaining - is still an issue today with an up to date
Neon distro.
Please add this to Discover since every non-nerd will simply give up at this
point, not knowing how to "manually run dpkg --configure -a" or what this
means.
