SUMMARY
Experiencing a regression when printing a PDF file via okular. The issue might
be in okular, but maybe also in poppler or in cups.

I have a single page PDF document where the page is 15cm (width) and 10cm
(height). I want to print it on an A4 page.

No matter the settings, okular insists in printing it "sideways" (landscape)
and scaled down (by approximately 75%).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open document 150x100mm
2. Print
3. Configure print dialog to use A4 *portrait*
4. OK

OBSERVED RESULT

Document is printed in landscape even if it fits in portrait A4. Document is
scaled down.

EXPECTED RESULT

Document is printed in its real proportions, in portrait mode as requested.
