So -- just to clarify -- are app-specific instances of this bug (e.g.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461780 for konsole) supposed to stay open,
or are they to be marked as duplicates of this bug (as has been done, it seems,
in its earlier history)?
