SUMMARY
FR: Profile selector. Allow users to launch Konsole in a mode where it shows a
list of profiles to choose from (similar to session selector in KDevelop 4)
rather than creating a tab using the default profile.
Use case: The default profile has a broken shell that terminates immediately.
User needs a way to keep Konsole running while they reconfigure profiles,
and/or a way to work using a different profile while the default on is
temporarily unavailable.
Workaround (available only in Plasma): Enable "Konsole Profiles" in KRunner,
use it.
