SUMMARY
Some months ago I've made a bug report
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498905 which is the same as this, but the
programs were running on xWayland because wine was using the x11 driver.

That bug with apps running on xwayland has been fixed, and now the issue
happens when wine apps are running natively on wayland using the wine wayland
driver, like FL Studio, which is the app that I'm using that is affected by
this issue.

I've attached a video of the issue.

This bug with wine apps running natively on wayland has the exact same behavior
as the other bug that I've reported, which makes me believe this issue is
related to kwin like the other one.

For example, when I click the unmaximize button, the window does unmaximize,
but it's stuck and I can't move it, and I can only move it if I hold the meta
key.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the unmaximize button

OBSERVED RESULT
The application gets stuck on the screen, and I can't move it

EXPECTED RESULT
The application doesen't get stuck and I can maximize it and move it.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora KDE 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using Wayland
I have 1 monitor
I am on the latest Nvidia drivers 575.64.03
The app is running natively on Wayland with the wine wayland driver
