Are your graphics integrated? This seems like a visual issue that occurs with
Ryzen processors with Vega integrated graphics on Wayland. Specifically when
connected to external monitors. This is only speculation because I searched
"green" on Reddit and there is 3 posts on the issue with all of them suggesting
that they're using Vega (2200g, 3400g, etc).

I have the same issue with my laptop as well:

Operating System: Fedora Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1
Kernel Version: 6.15.5-200.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 8 × AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
Memory: 12 GiB of RAM (9.6 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics
