STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists "dolphin-nightly"
"https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/dolphin-nightly/dolphin-nightly.flatpakrepo";
2. flatpak install org.kde.dolphin
3. Choose the nightly one if prompted
4. flatpak run org.kde.dolphin
5. Press F4
OBSERVED RESULT
A message says "Terminal cannot be shown because Konsole is not installed.
Please install it and then reopen the panel."
EXPECTED RESULT
The terminal panel appears
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This works for the Flathub version of Dolphin, so it appears to be a packaging
issue in the nightly repo.
