No scaling, very small text.
SUMMARY
The contents of some pages aren't being scaled for high resolutions (see
attachment)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a monitor with 4K resolution or higher.
2. Open System Settings.
3. Go to Updates.
OBSERVED RESULT
The contents of the page are tiny.
EXPECTED RESULT
The contents of the page should be scaled to be more readable.
