I've updated today from 8.6.0 to 8.7.0 and can confirm what Roland described before. After closing the app, I still have "Advanced digital photo management application" running as a background process in Windows task manager. Each time when opening and closing the app, an additional background process "Advanced digital photo management application" appears. With 8.6.0 this is not happening.
