After Plasma 6.4.x update, I have notice a bug on sleep monitor, which awakes
monitor without user intervention

SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen + press Esc
2. Wait some seconds, hear sound pop-up as equal to a USB stick plug in
3. Monitor awakes without user intervention
OBSERVED RESULT
Monitor ghost awakes on AMD discrete GPU
EXPECTED RESULT
No monitor awake

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bug has not present on Plasma 6.3.x, my GPU is a 5700 XT, but other users
report the same behavior on other AMD model.
