STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click Display & Monitor
3. Click "Calibrate HDR Brightness"

OBSERVED RESULT

Calibration window shows for a second then closes.

EXPECTED RESULT

Window shouldn't disappear.
