SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on a phone (this is a POS Pixel with Android 16 which
was not an option in the "OS" pulldown menu here)
2. Pair with some desktop app and request notifications (I used Soduto but I'm
almost certain the bug is in the Android app)
3. Receive ANY notification (not just SMS) like a YouTube notification. The
desktop app will receive TWO each time!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This setup used to work and I have no idea why it no longer works. I didn't
change any settings.
