SUMMARY
When I want to extract an archive, the file picker has the Extract button
grayed out until I put in a name. In the past it didn't do that, so it would
just extract with the name of the only folder or in the automatic subfolder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an archive
2. Click Extract (more precisely Extract to...)
3. Don't put in a name in the file picker
OBSERVED RESULT
The Extract button is grayed out until a name is typed in.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Extract button should always be enabled.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I can still extract with no name specified when I press enter on the name
