I had hard time to find the offending labels because they are hidden in the auto-tag tool which is greyed out when the IA model is not present (and I didn't download it). I attached a patch than makes some of them shorter. It is a nice improvement, but it still doesn't allow the panel to be as small as is could in 8.5.0.
