We could conceivably create a new shortcut in KWin for this like Alt+Shift+F4
like you suggested, it's just that it would probably not be used by anyone
since this is a non-standard shortcut that exists nowhere else, and hence would
not be discoverable. That's why I switched to talking about changing Ctrl+Q to
do this, since it's what I think people expect that shortcut to do already.
