SUMMARY
When using Spectacle to make a screenshot, the image can't be saved on the
Desktop. Saving in the desktop *folder* however does work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle (PrtScn key).
2. Select Options -> Configure Spectacle.
3. Set "After taking a screenshot" to "Copy image to clipboard".
4. Take a screenshot.
5. Go to the Desktop and try pasting the image.
OBSERVED RESULT
The image in clipboard can't be pasted onto the Desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
The image should be pasted on the Desktop, like it does in the Desktop
*folder*.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The image in the clipboard can be saved into the Desktop *folder*.
- Sometimes I have to take a screenshot twice or else the clipboard is empty,
as seen on the video.
- The workaround in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500566#c8 for the
pasting bug in certain applications doesn't seem to work with the Desktop. It
just gives me an "Plasma Desktop Workspace - System Notifications" error/popup.
