SUMMARY
Part of the screen capturing GUI is cut off horizontally (see the attachment).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Spectacle with a keyboard shortcut or through the application
launcher
2. (optional) Select a screen area to capture
OBSERVED RESULT
The bar at the bottom of the screen is displayed incorrectly. Selecting a
screen area changes the bottom bar and adds two bars that refer to the area. In
this case, only the top bar is correctly displayed.

No cut-off

Not sure if this is relevant. Changing the resolution and scaling did not alter
the rendering behavior.
