I'm not able to reproduce this in git-master Solus or on Manjaro with Plasma
6.3.5
I *can* reproduce this on Neon User with Plasma 6.4.2 as well as Neon Testing
Using Breeze or another icon set does not change the results.
Changing whether to show icons on buttons or not does not affect it either.
1. Set up Spectacle when launching to take a rectangular screenshot. Note -
this option is present on Neon user but not Solus
2. Launch Spectacle
3. On the "Click and drag to make a selection" screen notice icons without text
as described
4. After selecting a rectangle, the menu options have both text and icons
3 and 4 are true regardless of settings in "Configure Icons and Toolbars..."
