Notification being teleported while Kickoff is popping up.
SUMMARY
When a notification arrives and Kickoff is opened, it moves up with no
animation, when it should move smootly just like Kickoff itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get a new notification (e.g. take a screenshot)
2. Open Kickoff w/ Meta key
OBSERVED RESULT
The new notification gets teleported to the top
EXPECTED RESULT
The new notification should move smoothly to the top, matching Kickoff's
animation
