audio widget being bad
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a panel and to the panel add Audio Volume widget
2. Turn off monitor and wait for like 10 minutes
3. Turn on monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio Widget grows in size
EXPECTED RESULT
Audio Widget should remain the same size
