render 1⁄2 of a failure message, and it doesn't allow

The KCrash That Konqi Offers To Save

# SUMMARY

Submitting too many characters into Dr Konqi caused it to render a nonsensical
error message, and offer no way to revise the comment so that it could be
submitted.

# STEPS TO REPRODUCE

I submitted 79 974 characters. (I presume that *this* is the problem, although
somehow, some text was also converted to CHN mojibake).

# OBSERVED RESULT

I see:

> Failed to submit bug report: Error transferring
> https://bugs.kde.org/rest/bug?token=REDACTED - server replied:

...where `REDACTED` is a valid token.

# EXPECTED RESULT

That many characters should never have been accepted. However, if they were
somehow, I should be informed of how to report this submission failure as a
bug.

If that's undesirable, I should have been informed what caused the failure, and
how I should revise the message to permit submission.

# SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

# ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Konqi isn't the sole BR wizard with this problem, per
https://github.com/abrt/gnome-abrt/issues/379#issue-3097850563.

This was once solved for backtraces at
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248807, presumably by truncating long
ones.
