Unfortunately yes, I'll attach the journalctl logs, but it's pretty much the
same.

Okay, I forgot to this in 6.3.5 before upgrading, so my apologies for not
failing to do that. Instead, did it on 6.4, sort of trying to hit two birds
with one stone, per say. I tried to reproduce it in the new admin account in
the following ways:
- Immediately after logging in;
- 5 minutes after logging;
- 15 minutes;
- 30 minutes;
- 5 minutes with Librewolf opened at kde.org and Dolphin opened;
- Same thing, but for 15 minutes
- 5 minutes with Freetube;
- 15 minutes with Freetube playing a video, Librewolf opened as well as
Dolphin.
None of these triggered the issue.
I tried on my main user account too, but nothing happened so far. Something
must've happened between 6.3.5 and 6.4
(https://kde.org/announcements/changelogs/plasma/6/6.3.5-6.4.0/) to have fixed
this. I still have to test drive it for a week at least to see if it's truly
gone. I hope 6.4.1 doesn't jinx it!
