SUMMARY
I noticed that I was no longer getting notifications from my connected phones.
I hadn't modified the plugins lately but I checked anyway. Sending
notifications was still enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send an Email which is delivered to the phone.
2. Confirm receipt of Email on the phone.
OBSERVED RESULT
No notification was received on my computer.
EXPECTED RESULT
Expected a notification from desktop kdeconnect widget

I suspect that it was an issue with a recent update on the phones.
