Every time I install Plasma on a new PC I have to setup all settings from
scratch. Taskbar, time, regional settings, mouse/touchpad/keyboard settings
etc.
It would be very useful if there were an Export/Import section in settings to
export settings to a file and to load and apply the settings to a new PC.
Couldn't find an existing bug for this feature.
