SUMMARY
The strings in the tile manager is always shown in English, not in the user‘s
preferred language. There *are* strings to translate in kwin.po(t) and
kwin_x11.po(t), but the translations are not used.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the default/preferred Plasma language to something other than English
(I use Norwegian Nynorsk).
2. Launch the tile manager by pressing ‘Meta + T’.
3. Observe the text on the buttons/widgets.
OBSERVED RESULT
The text says, e.g., ‘Split Left/Right’, ‘Padding:’ and ‘Load layout...’.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text should be translated, e.g., ‘Del venstre/høgre’ instead of ‘Split
Left/Right’.
