Bug ID: 505899 Summary: Display the selected tags in the context menu directly, without having to display the dialog Classification: Applications Product: kmail2 Version First 6.3.3 Reported In: Platform: Debian testing OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: message list Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org Reporter: alexandre.bonn...@linuxfr.eu Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 182474 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=182474&action=edit Kmail not showing any menu entry for the selected custom tags SUMMARY In Kmail, when you add a custom tag to a mail, you need to open a dialog which shows all the available tags, which is ok. However when you want to unselect a tag on an email, you need to right click to show the context menu, then go in 'Mark the message' > 'More...' then scroll to find the tags you want to unselect, then click ok. Meanwhile, if you have a mail with the important tag on the 'todo' tag you can just right click to show the context menu, then go in 'Mark the message' > 'remove the important tag' or 'remove the todo tag', and that's it! It would be much easier UX-wise if all the selected tags for an email would show up below the 'add/remove important/todo tag' line (see the red arrow on the attached screenshot), so you could remove them in one click. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
