SUMMARY
kmail randomly decide to mangle accentuated characters in the citation part of
the mail, so it's hard to pinpoint what provokes that, and why it bugs like
that.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Answer to html email in rich text
2. Sometimes, but I'm not sure why, the previous answers at the bottom of the
mail you are replying to have all their accentuated characters mangled

OBSERVED RESULT
The previous answers at the bottom of the mail you are replying to have all
their accentuated characters mangled, for instance:
> Erika could have done â¦â¦ test tttest test
> services and change the concerné for the problèmes and if

Where é is replaced by é
ê by èm
' by â
… by â¦

EXPECTED RESULT
Do not mangle accentuated characters when replying
