title bar mirrors when you change windows deco, only when you set your language
to arabic
SUMMARY
when you set a custom theme for windows decoration other than breeze (yes,
includes plastic) the position of titlebar buttons mirror (on qt apps, gtk
seems unaffected), trying to manually set the titlebar buttons will affect gtk
apps, which isn't good
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have the system language set to arabic
2. set plastic as a windows decoration (or anything other than breeze)
3. see for yourself, but wait there is more
4. gtk apps buttons are unaffected
OBSERVED RESULT
the titlebar buttons placement shouldn't mirror
EXPECTED RESULT
it mirrors
