Sorry for the original title, my bad on this one.
The menu I meant was the hamburger one with file edit etc, it works for all
windows but not on system settings, I don't even think system settings should
have such menu. Anyways the glitches are caused by real actual windows that can
be noticed through kwin debug.
I'm using Arch Linux, latest packages and my GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7560D
