"Audio only" renders happily a Video clip

SUMMARY
Don't let rendering processes start that have unclear outcomes set.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set an output format auf .ac3
2. Activate Video in the rendering applet
3. Start rendering

OBSERVED RESULT
The audio is being rendered as foo.ac3

EXPECTED RESULT
Before rendering starts, a consistency check asks the user if he *really*
wanted to render a clip with video and audio into a pure audio file.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is between minor and wishlist. I still set it to minor, because it is
inconsistent. The user doesn't necessarily have to be aware of all any any
formats, and choices, to avoid this.
When "Video" is activated, the "Audio only" at least could be grayed out, or a
pop-up asking for confirmation.

One may as well play a number of instances on this. "Separate audio files" also
goes through with a single audio file in the time line. before the user waits a
few hours to find out his error, we might help him to correct his settings in
the render applet, I think.
