The "Time Zone" tab in kcm_clock appears empty, and the console shows these
errors:

OBSERVED RESULT
Empty "Time Zone" tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
Working Time Zone settings.

This might very well be a Fedora Rawhide packaging bug. All related files seem
