STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect a fingerprint sensor. 2. Set the language to `en_GB`. 3. Invoke `kcm_users` (in `kcmshell6` or `systemsettings`). 4. Scroll right. OBSERVED RESULT I am able to scroll past the boundary of the form, such that I see nothing. EXPECTED RESULT I should be unable to scroll horizontally when nothing is obscured.
