To clarify, I think the important bit here is not the fullscreen part (1), but
that the app captures the cursor.
I'm not sure what the use case would be for tabbing into / re-focusing such an
app without re-capturing it, so I'd say this is defientely an issue.
1) In fact, I can reproduce the same behavior with a windowed game and it's
just as annoying there.
