            Bug ID: 505352
Summary: Allow overriding global theme app logos with
                    application provided ones
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.3.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: im.tech....@gmail.com
                CC: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
There is an icon theme that I really like the look of in application and system
UI, but I think the icons it provides for various third party application logos
do not look great, so I'd like to be able to use the app provided logos instead
of the ones in the global theme. This can be on a per-app or global basis.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an icon theme in system settings
2. Open kickoff or look at task manager
3. Observe application icon style

OBSERVED RESULT
Follows icon theme, expected and intended behavior

EXPECTED RESULT
Optionally, allow the user to ignore the icon theme provided app icons and use
the official ones.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
