I think that this version of Libreoffice pulled in a font that breaks Krita's
font handling. Truetype fonts are actually complete programs (and on Windows
run directly in the kernel), and sometimes when accessing a font's features,
the font will crash a running application.
You could try the latest nightly build
(https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/graphics/krita/master/) which has a completely
rewritten text object and see whether that is also susceptible to the issue.
