Launch any new settings (e.g. right click and select display settings) or apps
(e.g. Dolphin, Terminal, Browser, etc) on KDE failed after latest updates when
my laptop plugged into Lenovo USB-C hub with external monitors attached. If I
unplug that USB-C hub connection, it won't crash. It used to work fine before
latest updates.
The crash can be reproduced every time.
