Mentioned Video of the issue occuring

Seems to be a rendering issue, so i chose kwin as the product.

SUMMARY
The two things appear to be related, so i put them in one report.

Sometimes when interacting with the shell (hard to make out a pattern), the
cursor duplicates (the duplication is
however not always visible). There is also a grey bar that appears that fills
the entire width of the display up to the
height of the cursor. See the YouTube Link in the Attachments.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma / boot the OS
2. Start using it, open widows, hover over buttons etc.

I fail to make out patterns on exactly when it happens.

*Linux / /openSUSE / KDE Plasma / Wayland*
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
