(2) The only other thing I can think of is that it is related to my CardDAV provider (Posteo): I recently had some problems with my CardDAV contacts (which I synchronize in Thunderbird and other applications). The provider for my CardDAV and CalDAV data is the same. Nevertheless, as I already mentioned, the calendar works fine in Thunderbird and other applications. (3) The command line does not produce any output when adding the calendar.
