i'm having somewhat similar issue: clock and all of the system monitor widgets
will most probably freeze if left over night (not the "html clock" though), but
not the task manager.
though my system is a bad mess of qt5.15.5, frameworks 5.108, plasma 5.27 and
kwin 5.22. updating to qt5.15.13 didn't help. removing plasma configs and
recreating all the panels and widgets didn't help. deleting extra widgets and
panels seem to help (hard to tell though, it takes hours to days to test a
configuration) so i guess i am mostly affected bcz i have like 5 system
monitors, panon, global app menu and more. But this is still an issue maybe
related to this one or to some users reports here.
oh and btw im on x11, not wayland. but i'm pretty sure its an issue with
plasmashell itself, since only restarting it helps, not the restarting of kwin
or anything else.
