However, the Kubuntu Wiley system "sees" the phone and appears to ping it. The
phone "sees" nothing.
This appeared the first week of December 2015.
I uninstalled / reinstalled both the phone app and the Wiley app and the phone
reappeared on the computer but that may have been an artefact of the cache.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstalled and reinstalled app on the phone and the computer and it still
occurs

Expected Results:
The computer "sees" the phone, but the phone does not see the computer, I
expected the phone to see the computer.
A very plain vanilla Kubuntu Wiley computer AMD 64 dual processor, plenty of
memory etc.
