I can't reproduce this either on git-master Solus or Neon Testing
I can reproduce on Fedora 42, where the panel is unresponsive for a minute. I
was able to interact with a Dolphin window during that time.
It looks like this may have been fixed. Can you re-test when CachyOS updates to
Plasma 6.4?
I'll set this to NEEDSINFO so it will remind us to take a look in a few weeks.
